Gulf Shores sure does have some beautiful beaches if you see them from the water. We headed out for a full day fishing charter to try and catch some Amberjack. Kevan wanted something to tug on his pole that was larger than a Red Snapper. He had done the 6 hour trips before but this time, he wanted to go out and do a full day trip and get the big ones.
Amberjacks have been hard to come by in the past couple of years. We had to go out to some special spots where we knew we could catch a mess of them. We worked hard fishing all day long and we sure did enjoy these young peoples company. Everyone had their chance to hook, fight and catch a nice Amberjack.
We finished the day and got back to Orange Beach just before dark. We really enjoyed deep sea fishing with our Auburn University friends.
