A deposit will be required to be made by customer at the time of placing this order. Thereafter, Customer will receive from Atlantic Taxidermy a billing prior to the completion of the work by Atlantic Taxidermy. In the event that the billing is not timely paid by the customer, work on trophy will be suspended due to the risk of damage while awaiting final payment. After payment has been received by Atlantic Taxidermy, Customer should allow approximately 12 to 14 weeks for completion.
The fish mount price shown on this order form includes the cost of taxidermy work only. In the event that the customer desires for the trophy to be shipped in lieu of customer obtaining delivery of same from Atlantic Taxidermy at its place of business shown on this order, customer agrees to pay all crating charges and shipping charges, it being understood that the crate must be of substantial construction to assure safe shipment and to meet all federal requirements for shipment as an insured package. Based on previous experience, the charges for crating does vary depending on special requirements of the crate. Experience has shown that most shipments within the continental United States will incur a crating charge of approximately 24% of the mount price.
Atlantic Taxidermy is proud of its reputation as one of the fastest services in the industry and always attempts to provide the customer with completion of the trophy and delivery of the same with a three month period from the time that the trophy arrives at its studio. However, there will be delays in the three month delivery period as follows: (a) customer not making timely payment of all necessary deposits and final payment within the time prescribed by this order. (b) the time consumed in shipping the trophy to the customer.
Mount will be a fiberglass replica molded from the same size and species as fish caught.
Atlantic Taxidermy, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use its professional judgement to make pose or direction changes in a trophy so as to achieve a more life like appearance.
All prices and charges are subject to the State of Florida Sales Tax and any other governmental charges or taxes from any state, federal, municipality or foreign governmental entity where applicable.
Customer acknowledges the Atlantic Taxidermy has provided to any person, firm or corporation that is taking this order from customer wiht a standard price list of fees and charges by Atlantic Taxidermy for its, work Accordingly, this order shal constitute an agreeement binding upon Atlantic Taxidermy to undertake the work ordered herein.
We also agree to hold Distraction Charters or Rock N Reel Charters, LLC harmless and further understand that they are an authorized agent working on behalf of Atlantic Taxidermy, Inc.
